1. What is the idea and aim of the site?

The main focus being:

>To be the most memorable "Global Love Force" of the decade! To fill up the entire globe with love.
Due to the fact that we cannot do it physically, I want to fill the globe in a symbolic way with "Global Love Cards". I want to give something to others - the most wonderful gift of all - "card" messages of LOVE in whichever form makes you happy. Love is not only romantic, it is kindness, attention, care, help, healing - the list is endless. Infinite love is the ultimate truth! As Victor Hugo said: "The supreme happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved"!


2. What made me decide to create this site?

>Today is an exciting day for me, a start to realizing a dream …. I am Indigo.  I have a focus that I am trying to achieve.  As you have gathered from the above it is all about being able to spread a bit of love.  Imagine having a really bad day and you get a message of love posted on the “globe” – is that not uplifting?  I want to uplift others with love and happy thoughts, keep positive and peaceful.  Anything that is of a loving nature … it could even be an apology … just let someone else feel better, in what ever form it may manifest.

3. What are the costs of a "Global Love Card?"
The minimum purchase is $100 per "Global Love Card". The maximum purchase is whatever remains.


4. How many "Global Love Cards" are available for purchase?
There are 25000 "Global Love Cards" available for purchase. The homepage will show the name of the sender.
In the "Global Love List" all the details will be displayed i.e. who the message is sent to, the countries, the sender and most importantly the "message of love".

I would have liked to have made more cards available at a lower price but there are space restrictions. Families/friends/anyone can club together to send loved ones a message or you can purchase your own "card".


5. Terms and Conditions

1. When you "buy" a "card" you will not "own" any part of the homepage or this site, instead you are granted the right to have a "card" of love/good wishes published on the site
2. The "card" with the sender's name will be on the home page and the message with additional details, in the "Global Love List". Should you want a link to your site this will be offered within the "Global Love List"
3. Templates will be issued upon which you will fill out your "card" message.
4. Only one message per template, but it can be sent to a maximum of five names, and from a maximum of five names. A first name and last name will be allocated as "two names"
5. You must record the country and city to whom the "card" will be sent, as well as, the country and city of the sender
6. The entire template must be completed in order for your message to be accepted
7. You may not change the message or link once you have submitted them. The only exceptions being eg legal issues, major structural changes, your site no longer exists etc. Please be very sure before submitting your message and link.
8. No refunds will be given if your "card" has been accepted and published on the homepage.
9. My aim is to keep the site online till 2020.
10. I decide what is appropriate for my site, and will not accept anything obscene or offensive/adult images/links etc. Should you submit a message with a link that is rejected, you will be allowed the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will loose your "card".
11. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the link site to show anything obscene or offensive/adult images/links etc, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
12. If for whatever reason in the future you want your "card" removed from the homepage, or your link removed from the "Global Love List", you can do that. You will not be refunded and the message space will be made available for public purchase
13. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
14. You must have the authority to provide the link for the website you submit
15. Funds must be fully received and cleared before your "card" goes live on the homepage
16. There may be occasional down time on the site for maintenance, but these will be kept to a minimum
17. I will aim to get your message, on line as soon as possible, once funds have been received and cleared. Please have some patience should many requests be received at one time, I aim to have them up within 48 hours.
18. If you are the winner of the "Global Love Surprise Award" you will give me permission to publish your name on the site. If the card purchased was made up of a group that pooled their money together to purchase a card, the funds will be paid to the person who physically made the deposit to purchase the "card". The disbursement of the money between the group is their responsibility.
19. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the "Global Love Surprise Award" to settle any taxes for which they may be liable

6. How soon will my "Global Love Card" appear on the site?
I will aim to get your message on line as soon as possible, the goal is for your "Global Love Card" to be published within 48 hours after funds have been received and cleared. Please have some patience should many requests be received at one time.


7. Surprise for a lucky "card" purchaser
There will be three special awards which will have a combined value equating to 10% of the revenue from the sales of the "Global Love Cards". This will be known as the "Global Love Surprise Award" and split into three equal amounts and distributed as follows:

>A lucky draw contestant who purchased a “Global Love Card” – first prize

>A lucky draw contestant who purchased a “Global Love Card” – second prize

>Autism Australia

>Anglicare

 
Should the target be reached and all 25000 iconic "Global Love Cards" are sold then the award will be increased, as follows: USD100000 (or equivalent currency) to a lucky draw contestant who purchased a "Global Love Card"

8. When will the "Global Love Surprise Award" take place?
I am extremely optimistic and have personally set a minimum target of 5000 "Global Love Cards" per month. This would then mean that five months after going live the draw would take place. Should the target not have been reached in twelve months then the draw will take place on the existing sales at that time.


9. Will I be notified when the "Global Love Surprise Award" takes place?
Yes, there will be continuous updates on the status of the award and how far we are to reaching the target. The winner of the reward will be published on the site.
